TO GET THERE |

The Museum
can be reached by taking exit 27 on the N4 Witbank / Pretoria
highway.
Then turn right onto the R104 Silverton / Bronkhorstspruit
Road. Travel for 3 km and turn left at the big signboard.
Travel down the tree-lined avenue and follow the signs to
the parking area. |

smell, feel and taste. Our agricultural history is presented
in a unique manner that will appeal to all family members. |

FARMYARD |

Indigenous,
domesticated farm animals such as Nguni cattle and Painted
Persian sheep are kept on the old historic farmyard. |

Visit
the 1880 house museum, blacksmith's shop and wagon shed.
Kindly book well in advance for cultural demonstration
programmes. |

The development
of agriculture, large collections of farming implements and
Animal drawn vehicles and tractors from the past are exhibited |

The Museum
distills its own mampoer. Don't miss the mampoer and liqueurs
on sale. |

PROGRAMMES |

Farm experiences
for learners are offered through hands-on curriculum based
programmes for Grade R to Grade 3 & Grade 4 to Grade 6.
& Senior Phase.
New RNCS programmes: These include skills, knowledge, values
and attitudes.
Programmes are offered in English or Afrikaans.
